Thanks David, initial tests show the sbs display of objects with the parallax filter applied is displaying and rendering correctly. Thankyou.

Thanks for fixing the Old Canon 5D file issue. I have quite a bit of video from the early 5D days and still use a clip now and then. And my practice has been to only archive the original MOV files, and not AVIs.
