Strange problem importing large Cineform clip

I have a 36 minute clip captured from tape via HD-SDI to 10bit Cineform using HD Link. the file plays perfectly in Windows Media Player but when I import it into any Adobe product (PPro, AE, even Soundbooth) it only recognizes the first 11 seconds.

I've tried both CS5 and CS4. Two different machines, same issue. I have other long clips captured in the same way that work just fine. It seems to be specific to this clip.

I keep thinking it's a metadata thing, but everything seems to be fine there. Any thoughts? I guess I can always re-capture it, but if anyone has a solution I'd appreciate it.

Thanks.
