Audio encoding with Neo 5.5 at DVinfo.net

When using the newest version of Neo and encoding XD Cam EX foorage to CFHD my audio is very distorted with a high pitched sound. I have not previously encountered this with Neo HD.

I have an interesting issue with 5D footage because before converting, I use Dual Eyes, which matches my Dual system audio with the Canon 5D audio. When I then try to convert the resulting file to a Cinform .avi, I get aloud continuous static in the resulting .avi file.
