Possible Trojan in Build 309 of NeoHD?

I attempted to download build 309 of NeoHD but my Kaspersky software is not allowing me to do so as it says there is the following trojan software: Spy.Win32.Ardamax.mki
Has anybody else experienced this?

Yes, I've gotten a false positive from McAfee once, several builds back. I was able to install the software by temporarily disabling McAfee. The installed software worked fine, and I haven't gotten a false positive since.
