cineon 95-985
I am so pleased with Firstlight! Indeed happy with this product !
After a number of " unsuccessful" attempts to justify the wonders of the aurora borealis ( nordlys = northern lights , not FL :) ) ) I decided to give FL a chance on grading and found cineon95-985 to be nothing but spot on! Say whatever you like , this is very close to the real thing. This timelapse is recorded on my nikon d2x at 800 iso and shutter at 8 sec. 290 pic's sequenced into after effects, exported as CF , taken into Pr Pro / Firstlight --- and delivered to You at progresite You'll find a number of other similar takes ( for comparison by chance!) but I think I will give them the same treatment - when thre is time for a hobbyist ! |

That is a stunning timelapse. Thank you for the report on the success using Cineon the curves. We only just fix an issue in the Cineon black level to make it more standards based, hopefully that will not change your experience. These betas have that change:
