NeoScene Presets at DVinfo.net

I am new to Cineform software having recently purchased NeoScene based on excellent reputation. I am using Premiere CS5, and transcoding from Sony HXR-NX5U/AVCHD. My first trial was ver. 5.3.0, build 298. It introduced a 15 frame video delay over the 4 gig boundaries, but otherwise seemed to work ok. Tech support replied this was a known issue. When ver. 5.3.1, build 304 was released this week I tried it, but it locked up my machine a couple of times, both in encoding and in using Media Encoder to make a MPEG-2 DVD file from the timeline. Eventually I was able to transcode from AVCHD, but the 15 frame lag was still there. I had to uninstall and reinstall ver. 5.3.0 to get content from Premiere out to DVD. I've notified tech support of this as well. NeoScene installs an icon on the taskbar enabling various presets. I'm wondering if these settings have anything to do with what I'm experiencing. I can't find anything in the PDF User Guide that addresses their use. My machine is ASUS P6T Deluxe V2, i7 processor, 12 gig RAM. Thanks.
