Upgrading to NEO HD - How long to get serial number
I checked out the trail version of NEO HD and decided to get the upgrade. I was previously on NEO HDV. I went through the online purchase process and received an email requesting my NEO HDV serial number. I sent it in but have not yet received my serial number for NEO HD in order to activate it. How long does it usually take to receive the new upgrade serial number for NEO HD?

Please follow up with support Support Center to get this solved quickly. There is chance that upgrading from such an old tool so not working automatically as it should.

Just received my serial number through your support center. As you can tell I've been a longtime user of CineForm and have found it a great benefit. It's nice to also see a company that is interested in supporting their users. Thanks again, Garrett |
