system rebuild: chicken or the egg?

Should I install Vegas or Cineform first? I'm on Win7 64bit.

I know I mentioned avid the other day in an earlier post, that is a completely different system, it's the post house's, and they didn't end up even using Cineform :( . But yeah there is no avid on my system so that wont interfere. Just Vegas 10 and Cineform.

What are the ramifications of installing them in the different orders?

While I'm at it, what about installing cineform and fcp on a new snow leopard? advice? this isn't what i'm doing now, but it'd be nice to know.

Thanks!

NLE first is the best general rule. But for Vegas the order doesn't matter.
