Always moving forward with beta 5.2.5
We keep on enhancing the product.
Here is the latest Window public beta: Build 5.2.5.288 (changes since the last beta) Added: Camera RAW support to DPX2CF for native RAW to CineForm RAW conversion, desgined to work with Canon, Nikon, Pentax and DNG formats like ACamDii. (Neo4K/3D only) Added: FirstLight now has a saturation clip point control, handling color is saturation highlights that can be incorrect for bad aquisition white balance or sensor clipping in camera RAW. Enhanced: More decoder performance for 3D format and with active metadata. Fixed: Conversions of the Canon S95 and similar H264 based point and shoot cameras sometimes got the wrong frame rate. NeoScene users now get support for cameras like Canon's S95 and G12, basically any MOV wrapped H.264 video file. Hello David, a big thanks for the S95 fix. It's all working fine now. The 180° rotate came in handy too, as I had a few in car shots with the S95 mounted upside down on the windscreen using one of these Car Window Suction Cup Mount Tripod Holder for Camera (eBay item 140481767020 end time 23-Dec-10 15:23:17 AEDST) : Cameras

All the links have been update to improve the S95 and G12 style cameras further. Now we get the full dynamic range and correct for the 601 colorspace as we do for 5D/60D/7D/T2i cameras.

Brilliant, thanks again.
Also, a quick unrelated question. If I were to buy Neoscene to render from a second networked computer, I would assume any meta data information in files adjusted using First Light on other computer with Neo HD installed would remain intact?

Yes, and sort of. We haven't made it simple for NeoScene seat to see the FirstLight changes produces by NeoHD, but it does work. Easiest set up so to starting dropbox, see info at vimeo.com/10024749 On the NeoScene seat, you may have to see one registry value to make sure the correct database name will share through dropbox.

nVidia 3D Vision Video Playback software and Power DVD 10 Mk II both crash when playing back a Cineform avi file in full screen mode. Rolled back to 5.2.1 to fix. Had playback mode in side-by-side.

Please contact support as 5.2.5 is now the release software. We are not have any crash reports so I be help to give support all the details.
I just tried nVidia 3D Vision Video Playback, and it worked fine. Make sure you have the release software not just the beta (not that I know of any difference.)
