PP and firstligth for documentray workflow

Hi

I have very long clips, something like 50 min where we are moving from location to location so all parameters need a little tweaking here and there. This long clip is cut to very small cuts - is there any way to get firstlight to go to the same frame that I am in PP so I could make appropriate keyframes. Dont want to correct 50min of footage for 10min in final film.

As a sidenote, are there any shortcut on wave to make a keyframe? Also it seems that I can implement changes in parameters when I am excatly on the keyframe - when working with wave I think it would be helpful to change this, to make changes to the last keyframe, so when I keep playing the footage in PP I would see the changes.

Thank You
-Kaspar
