Green bar on my converted video file while converted inside HDLin
Hello David
I get a green bar on my converted video file while converted inside HDLink from 1280x720p (Cineform Film scan2 Pal) to SD 16:9 Widescreen (Cineform Film scan2 Pal). The green bar is like 3 to 4 pixels wide at the very end at the right side of the converted SD 16:9 Widescreen file (a stroke from the very top to the bottom). I have tried several different versions of Neo4K with same result? If I instead try to scale down inside Premiere CS3.2 and select Cineform as codec and by typing 720x576 16:9 Widescreen in the export window I get perfect result every time? It’s a pain; I now need to have two separate setups (bootable disks) of Premiere on two different drives just to get the job done. One with CS5 and one with CS3 (to downscale my 1280x720p files to SD 720x576 16:9 Widescreen); instead I like to use HDLink to get the job done or CS5 (which I have not succeeded with at all, I’ll keep get black borders on the sides of the video instead?). Any ideas about what could be wrong with HDLink? Please can anyone else here on the forum try to scale down inside HDLink from 1280x720p to SD 720x576 16:9 Widescreen, would like to see if you also get the same green stripe on the right side of the converted file. Best Regards Mikael |

(Post # 8 explains the background to why it happens in CS4 and CS5.) By doing that you wont get any black bars when exporting HD > SD. :)
