Whats up with Cineform??
A brief information here. I was using Vegas Pro 9 along with Neoscene version 5.07, everything was great, no problem what so ever. After reading all the great thing about the latest version 5.2. I finally jump on update it. After update to 5.2 and my converted video got NO AUDIO. I of course submitted ticket to Cineform Support, day later I got an email suggesting that I uninstall AC3 filter (163b.exe version) and install AC3 filter 160b.exe and try converting again. With that of course did not solve no audio problem. Two days later I have not hear from support again? whats up with that?? ignoring the issue or still working on my behave. If your still trying to fix the problem I appreciate if you would keep me imformed. Thats my rant for the day.

Likely just backlogged. We are not getting other reports of this so support may need to do a remote login to your system. We didn't change the audio support, so it should have just worked.
