HD Link conversion problem
I am using Neo HD 4 and trying to convert AVCHD files from a Sony SR11 (17mbps) and an MC50 (24mbps). HD Link crashes every time. M2t files from Sony Z1 convert ok. Any ideas?
Thanks, Marc |

Those should work fine. Upload a short sample file to support just in case. Likely support can quickly work out what is not setup correctly in your Neo install.
Did you try NeoHD v5?

David,
I just tried the trial of Neo HD5 and it works. Does it sound like I'll need to upgrade or should support be able to work out Neo HD4? Thanks |

If there is a bug in v4 that support can't quickly address through a workaround, they can offer you a discounted or free upgrade. So it is worth listed what you know in a troyble ticket so they can look to see what is the simplist solution.
