Problem with neoscene clips in CS4

Recently pruchased neoscene for my 7d clips.
Problem with clips in PremiereCS4
Converted clips when sitting on the timeline look very dark & less contrasty.
When i press play they play fine. when i pause they go dark again.
Biggest problem is that when rendered they render dark.

Any help would be much appreciated.
BTW I am using corei5 750 and windows 7 with an ATI graphics card.

Thx Ger

Please file a trouble ticket with support as I never heard of that and just tried CS4 here without issue.
