FirstLight: Curves?
Curves - my fav feature for image processing.
When will FirstLight (that I use a lot for preliminary WB, CC) have this feature? |

We wrote the GUI for that about a year ago, but something we get so busy that we don't finish the integration. We do want to add it.

It'd be great to see it sooner rather than later... Since FL shines as no-render color correction tool, absence of Curves hurts right now.

curves are a great tool!
Nice ability to isolate specific areas for color correction. Shadows/ mids / highlights control within just the shadows or Mids or Highs is a typical more advanced primary grading feature. Available in most CC software application, soon to be in FL as it gains more steam... (hey alex- just like the iridas color correction controls in silicon DVR) Secondary grading for selective color saturation.. now that's the control that would be stellar. |
