Cineform captured files not fully showing in CS4

Any video footage captured with NeoHD doesn't fully show in CS4.

For example, I captured 45 minutes of film and can view all of it in Windows Media, but when I import into CS4 I can only view 1 minute of it.

Everything was working fine when i used ver 5.1.0, but after I installed 5.1.1 the problem started.

Even though i've uninstalled 5.1.1 and installed 5.10, the problem is still there which means I can't do any work work on my projects.

There are no problems capturing with CS4.

Attached is a screen shot of the options I use.

Anyone know what the problem could be?

(I submitted a support ticket on monday but have not received a response and I need to upload the files asap.)

Hello,

When you say you can only view 1min of the footage in Adobe Premiere Pro cs4, can you explain what happens?

This has been solved, and a patch is available for 5.1.1 and 5.1.2. It will be fixed in 5.1.3.

You need a new CS4 importer - http://www.cineform.com/downloads/CFHD_AVI_Importer.zip

Unzip and replace in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\CS4\MediaCore\CineForm
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CS4\Plug-ins\Common\CineForm

The video is normal, but only the first minute of the capture is viewable.

Now I have the same problem with Adobe media encoder.

From a 6 minute video, I can only encode 6 seconds.

Is there a patch for that as well?

Turns out the media encoder issue was not a problem caused by cineform software.

Thanks for your help. Everything working fine now.
