Having problems with Neo 3D
Since I started using Neo 3D with my brand new HP ENVY Laptop(i7 720qm, 4gb ram, 2tb Raid 1 e-sata hdd), Neo 3D crashes so many time and I'm really frustrated.
I had problem with windows 7 permission warning and FL shut down with Ver 5.06 Build 265 but, after Ver 5.07 Build 267 update, it solved and there was another problem with 3D mux. As soon as the queue started, 3d mux crashes and FL used to shut down. (sometimes, 3d mux was still computing as a background process) After recent Ver 5.10 Build 268 update, everything was fine till last night (FL still crashed alot but it was bearable) but now FLplayer shuts down everytime when I'm trying to import or play cineform media files so that I can't see video preview on my FL application window. Sometimes it works fine again but when I'm trying to mux media files, I'm getting "sync frames must have an even offset for I-P type files" error messages from 3D Muxer.... I'm about to off to Cebu for shooting this week so hopefully I can get some help before it's too late. |

First make sure that you have the latest QuickTime Player installed. First Light runs better with it installed. Try that and if it still doesn't work, contact support.

I installed the latest version of quick time, but it's still crashing. I can't do anything except convert files to cineform, my FL is not working. Do you have any other suggestions? I've submitted a trouble ticket and I'm waiting for a reply. I'm going to format the laptop again and see if that solves the problem. thank you.
