Animated Photoshop avi crashes w/ CF mov export at DVinfo.net

David, we imported a 19 frame 1920x1080 30p CF AVI sequence into Photoshop CS5, Everthing ran perfectly and the tiny edits were quickly finished. However, when we tried to export it out (only as a MOV, as CF AVI is not an option) and chose CF as the output format, PS crashed.

We tried the same thing in CS3 Photoshop with exactly the same result.

Any workarounds or suggestions? I know we can easily export this as uncompressed AVI or an image sequence, but maybe you have something more elegant to suggest?

You could try dragging your photoshop file into After Effects and then rendering from there - this usually works for me.
