Under Neo, User Account Controll Still "off"?
Under Win7 and ProspectHD I've had to have User Account Control set to "never notify". When I switch to NeoHD and CS5 soon, will I still need this set this way or is the app. finally conform to the Windows model?

It is much more friendly. I run UAC on Win 7 at the level 1 above off.
