FIXed mine
I finally fixed this problem. I'm currently editing a feature with RED media (R3D files). It kept re conforming all my media. Fixed the problem updating premiere to 5.0.3, then unchecking the box for "write xmp ID to files on import". I then deleted the media cache folders, and redirected ADOBE to where I wanted them to write to.
I think that alone would have fixed the problem, but before I reopened my project, I unmounted HD array and then remounted it. I opened the project back up and let it begin to conform all the files once again. I left adobe over night until it was finished. The update in it of it self might have worked, but I went ahead and did several things to make sure. Mike |

Michael, please clarify. Is the box for "write xmp ID to files on import" still unchecked on your projects now?
Or is it checked, but PPro no longer re-conforms the audio? |
