NeoPlayer v5 doesn't have Adobe CS5 import plugins
The new version v5 of NeoPlayer doesn't seem to include the import plugins for Adobe Premiere Pro CS5. Cineform files wouldn't import properly until I installed the trial for NeoHD v5. It would be handy if NeoPlayer v5 did have the latest plugins for people, like me, who do their AVCHD -> Cineform on one machine, and editing on another. If I just let my NeoHD v5 trial run out on my editing machine, will the Adobe CS5 import plugins still work?

NeoPlayer should have CS5 support, maybe the link is not updated. An expired NeoHD will also work.

Thanks David, that's fine, I'll just leave NeoHD on there. It was definitely a NeoPlayer v5 that I downloaded from here:
Neo Player Downloads Note the part that says "Neo Player includes the CineForm importers for CS3 and CS4". I thought maybe the description just hadn't been updated, but it does seem is though CS5 importers are missing. |
