cf24 using connecthd 1.7 removing 3:2

i recently shoot some footage in CF24 i used the demo connecthd 1.7 to capture it i used the 3:2 pulldown remove option and i was amazed to how good the 24p looked , our final output was to a 24p DVD, but recntly i was asked to add another output format a BetaSP NTSC, so heres my question; whats the most efficient way to render my 24p vegas timeline to a 30 frames output? im asking this becouse i used the 3:2 pulldown removal at capture, is it better to add the pull down in after effects or with dvfilm maker? or adding the pulldown will screw my project?
