Cineform Key code?
How long does it take to get the activation code from Cineform? I purchased Neoscene from Video guys yesterday and I installed it today. I tried to activate it following the steps prescribed but never got the key code email. When I click submit the screen is not clear if they got the request or not.

Normally about 10 minutes. Check with support to see if they have your activation request. Support Center

The activation request was received by our database. You should have been sent the activation key. You may want to check your spam or junk folder.
