NeoScene audio sync is off
I am having couple of issues after Neo Scene conversion. The major one is that right from the begining of the clip the audio sync is way off. Close to 1 sec. Second, in the begning of the clip the video is jerky for about 20-30 seconds. I've tried converting a few clips and they all share these problems. Why is this happening?

I just updated my NeoScene, and converted 5D footage yesterday, and it is right on on my files. I am editing with Vegas, by the way.

It shows that I have 1.5.0.137 installed and that it is the latest version. What version do you have installed? I did not edit it but simply played avi in WMP.

Same version, and yes, when I am using WMP to preview, it is synched there too. Not sure what you have going on unless it is a CF card issue. Try reformatting your cards in camera, but I don't really think that is the issue.

I doubt it's the card issue. Raw mov files play just fine in ZoomBrowser so it must be the Neo Scene. In Prefs I select Quality: High, Enable Smart rendering: Unchecked and Maintain source frame format. I have latest versions of AC3Filter and CoreAVC installed if it matters.

I would go to Cineform.com and register a trouble ticket. They are very fast at addressing trouble issues.

Sound like a PC Performance issue. Go into CineForm tool and set "Desktop Playback - Fast", and try again.
