When I have done my PPro project in 16 by9, and set my dvd player up correctly, I have no black bars on the top or bottom. I expect when I add SD material, these clips would only have them on the sides. If I had my DVD player thinking my TV was a 4by3, then I saw the type of bars you talked about.

Ya it's going out to a 4:3 TV. It's for family.
I want my SD full screen and my HD letterboxed. I can render them seperately then combine them then output, but I want to know if I can do this straight from my AspectHD timeline in one shot?
