I would agree with Tim on that.
It also depends on what effects you are using on the video clips. But compared to how long it took me before, the FX 3800 is excellent and the biggest surprise to me has been the quality. I have done h.264, mpeg blue-ray and DVD and all are very good. Soon I am going to buy the core i7 980x which will help the renders on timeline! :)))) I can't wait. Simon |
