ProspectHD/PproCS4 installation problem
Hi,
I've already submitted a ticket about this issue, but maybe someone here might know the solution. I'm using Adobe Production Premium cs4 and just installed my copy of Prospect HD on my system. I'm running Windows 7 64bit Ultimate also, 12g ram, i7-920, 7200 1tb system drive and quadrofx 3800. My problem is that although I can select a Cineform Project Preset during the Premiere CS4 opening screen, once the preset is selected, and the project starts up, it appears that there is no trace of Cineform at all. For example, there is no Cineform Splash screen and there are no Cineform option tabs in the capture box. I can however, use HDlinl. When I start that up, the Cineform splash screen works and I am able to capture as well. Much thanks in advance for any possible solutions for this problem, thanks. |

That's all completely normal. Cineform is less integrated with CS4 than it was with CS3. You can read it about it here...

Ok thanks Tom, support said the same thing.
Although, while playing back prospect files in ppro cs4, i get a yellow bar, is this something i have to eventually render to get rid of? |

Yellow can remain without rendering, causing no issue for your project.
