As we support QuickTime, DirectShow and VideoForWindows, the DivX support should support one of them -- contact their support.

Hello,
I had the same issues, I contacted Divx support on three occassions. I have two tickets open and even sent them a link to download a CIneform AVI file to test. They never responded, so I just gave up and now encode for the web into h264's from Adobe Media Encoder. |

Hi Guys
Had a reply back from DIVX. WE will see if they can solve it in the new year? ------- Dear DivX user, DivX Converter will not support the Cineform HD codec. You will not be able to convert this file to a DivX format with the DivX Converter. I have forward your file to our engineers. If I hear any feedback on this issue I will make sure to let you know. We apologize for any inconvenience that might have caused for you. Thank you, DivX Support Team |

FYI, CineForm has also been in contact with Divx. No promises, but it looks like we'll be working with them to a solution. No schedule yet, but it looks like a solvable problem.

I have found a solution I have added the steps onto my blog, on how to read the Cineform file with Divx Convertor.
