clean machine: Can't deactivate Neoscene
Before I could deactivate my Neoscene I formatted my drives and installed Windows 7. When I installed Neoscene, the deactivate button is non-clickable. I assume this is because it hasn't been activated on the new hardware (I think) so it can't be deactivated. So, I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so what they've done to resolve it.

The email should do the trick, but you might submit a trouble ticket via their website to be sure - they usually respond same-day.
Edit: while you wait, though, your software should be in trial mode and fully functional. |
