No video in Vegas with NeoScene 1.4.0.128
Upgraded to 1.4.0.128 from 1.3.7.124, no video in Vegas Pro 9.0. Audio only. Downgraded back to 1.3.7.124, video is present. What's wrong? Working on 64bit Win7. Thanks, Lukas

Good question for support, file a ticket here Support Center
If you are running 64-bit Vegas, you might want to check that you have CFHD.dll installed in windows/system32. If you do there might be some dependencies missing on you PC. To find out what, install the 64-bit version of Dependency Walker (google it, it is free.) And load CFHD.dll into it, if you get an error report, tell that to support. Maybe you need a Mircosoft .Net v2 distribution (which should have been installed by Sony Vegas.)

I experienced the same thing today when trying to edit in Vegas Pro 9.0c - reverted back to 1.3.6 build 121 and all Cineform files are now accessible in Vegas Pro 9

I'ts been over a week since I started a support ticket with no resolution to the latest NeoScene build working.
Between this and lackluster performance for Vegas Pro 9.0c, I'm about to ditch the whole thing and and move to Edius... |

Jake in support sent a patch out 2-3 days ago for people who were have encoder issue in Vegas, but your questions seems to be decoder issue, which we have no reproducible cases. However, support should have told you to install VirtualDub 64-bit to see the codec shows up there, if it doesn't the are procedures to follow, if it does then the failure is Sony's and you will need to contact their support. Please install and test with VirtualDub 64-bit and ping support again.

At this point, the fix has been included in the latest builds - 233 (133 for neo scene). Just download the latest build for your product and you should be good to go:
