Matrox APVe
Guys,
If I am using the Matrox Pariphelia APVe card for editing and I would like to use an SD monitor as a 3rd display for previewing will the Premiere or Aspcet HD downconvert the HD timeline to SD so I can view the effects on the 3rd SD display ??? |

Yes the third display can be an SD downconvert of the video overlay, as long as the second display is a desktop screen.

Here is an interesting article about the pci-e slot.
http://graphics.tomshardware.com/gra...122/index.html I have the Matrox apv card, but my box only has 4x slot. So, after I talk to some folks who have supposedly cut the 4x connector and put in the x16 card, I may give this a try on my MB and let folks know what happens. Anyone else try anything like this yet? Dave |
