Problem with converted Neoscene files
I'm still very new to video editing, so please be gentle.
I've been using a trail version of neoscene to convert canon 5d mark ii files. Everything seemed to have worked perfectly except for the fact that the file information (video length, frame rate etc) is showing up as incorrect on every file. I can play the files in windows and they look just fine, but when i drag them into vegas they appear with "zero" time. Help? What am i doing wrong? |

Likely a question for support, submit a ticket here Support Center.
Is only Vegas showing these incorrect properties? In Window explorer, right click on an AVI and select properties, go to the details tab. It will list the resolution, length and frame rate. If there are correct here, but not correct in Vegas, that might mean a support question to Sony. I have not heard of this fault.
