Neoscene+elements 7 -no video
When importing neoscene avi's into Premiere Elements 7 i only get audio and no video?!? Playback in MPC or WMP works fine. Any suggestions?

Like the importer component didn't install in Elements. Contact support, they will help you with this. Clip submit a ticket here Support Center

What do you mean? Does the installer detect Elements because I installed Neoscene BEFORE Elements.

You must reinstall NeoScene then (easy, uninstall then reinstall.) Yes it installs a plugin into Elements' folders.
