Neo Player Still available ?? at DVinfo.net

Is Neo player still available as a download at Cineform? I could not find it. The site has changed a bit since last I went there.

Can a cineform .mov file clip be imported into FCP using Neo player to view it and then edited and exported in a ProResHD project to convert the clip to ProResHD for furthur work in another project or export in ProResHD as an assembled clip? Or is NeoHD/4K needed for this? I don't know Macs or FCP so am flying blind.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
