ETA On Cineform Realtime CS4 Engine
Hello,
What is the ETA on the real-time engine being ready for Prospect Cineform 4 under Premiere pro cs4? Also is Windows 7 fully supported yet with Cineform? Thanks, Leo |

I think this is the latest status (don't know if you have seen it already or not):
http://techblog.cineform.com/?p=2534 Quote: Expect to see the Prospect RT engine rollout with the feature additions mentioned below. Dates are estimates and may change. o CineForm project presets (Sep 18). This eliminates use of the desktop mode and also eliminates the need to use MPEG as a render-to format for previews. o CineForm (Real Time) Play Module first release (Oct 23). This is the underpinning of the RT engine. The first release will not support HD-SDI monitoring o Full RT engine with HD-SDI support (Nov 6) Sorry - can't help you with the Windows 7 bit. |

PHD4 seems to work fine with CS4 in Windows 7 .
(With CS3 and Windows 7, timeline playback requires a workaround: http://www.dvinfo.net/forum/1436379-post10.html ) |
