WMV Export and First Light
Ok, guess I'm on a First Light kick lately. Dunno if this is Adobe or Cineform, or me. I applied some adjustments to a CFHD AVI in First Light, got it looking all nice and whatnot. When I export the sequence to CFHD, everything looks great. When I export to MP4, everything looks great. When I export to WMV, it appears as though the First Light adjustments are being ignored--the output video matches the original unadjusted flat footage.
What I need to do is get a 1920x1080 5.1 WMV. I don't think I can do that without exporting from Adobe. I can't multiplex a CFHD AVI with a 6-channel WAV in TMPGEnc and get the WMV that way. Guess for now I'll re-import the exported CFHD AVI, but it'd be a real time- (and space-) saver to not have to do that extra step, given I'll have to do this several times over. Any thoughts? Thanks, Matt |

Never seen that. Report to support. In the meantime, export to CFHD then export that to WMV.

can't export to CFHD then to WMV. Need to have the 5.1 sound in the WMV, and CFHD only supports stereo. I exported to CFHD, then reimported the export, then put the reimport in a sequence with the 5.1 sound, then exported to WMV.
Thanks, Matt |
