After Effects incorrect gamma or color space
I hate to post when I'm stuck, because it means I haven't figured it out for myself.
If I render out some footage from Vegas 8 using Cineform compression (NEO Scene - latest version) and import that into After Effects CS3 it is darker than the same footage using Lagarith, DNxHD or uncompressed - all of those look the same, just Cineform is different. I'm sure I've tried every combination of switches I can, but the footage just isn't right using Cineform that way - it kind of looks like it's clipped from 16-235. Suggestions please. |

Am I really the only one having this problem?
The way round it is not use Cineform between the two apps - but that's just daft! |
