Definative Work Flow

can anyone who has a similar camera and abobe premiere cs3 and encore cs3
give me a good solid tested work flow for working

Cap with NeoScene Cineform
import into Premiere CS3

Next export to encore
Design motion menus and all disc prep as bue ray project, master burn
then extact same again same project to dvd taking use of the master once feature in encore it that works?

Camera is sony fx7e 1080i 1440x1080i frame size
I will be doing PAL only deliver on both DVD and Blueray

I am asking this question here in the forum since I have only just gotten started with HDV up to now I have been working fine solidly with SD only filming with the camera in SD Mode.

Since I now have a few blue ray and dvd same projects to make up I need to get started on the right foot, thanks for anyone helping
