Convert 720P to 1440x1080 with alpha channel
I'm using the covert feature in HDlink for the first time. As luck would have it my 720P files have an alpha channel. When I converted one to 1440x1080 I lost the alpha channel.
Am I doing something wrong? OR does it not work with video with alpha channels? Thanks....

HDlink is a 4:2:2 package. For 4:4:4 or 4:4:4:4 you need to use AE or similar (with a 4K license.)

David,
So.... does that mean I can't convert my 720 video to 1440x1080 with Prospect HD? I'm really not sure about your explanation. Thanks...

It is designed to convert camera footage, so we don't expect there to be an alpha channel. 720p camera footage can be converted to 1440x1080.
