5D2 + NeoScene = black frames?

Has anyone experienced this issue? On certain 5D2 clips, once transcoded to Cineform using NeoScene, the result is some or all frames are black... I've found this to be the case with 3 clips already... The original MOV is fine.

if the chip do it repeatedly, uploaded them to ftp://ftp.cineform.com and tell support to try them out.
