unsupported compression?
getting my new macbook pro all setup and files i rendered to cineform avi's on my pc, are not importing on premiere pro cs4.1 on my mbp that are on my g-raid mini2 displaying the message that they are unsupported compression. any ideas?

Do you have Cineform NeoScene installed on the MBP?

Graham, we are intending an update to Neo Player Mac next week. The posted version is from January and there have been some updates in Neo Scene/HD/4K that are not yet in Neo Player. It might be that your files are bumping up against this.
In the short term do install the Trial version of Neo Scene. If that fixes your problem we should have a new version of Neo Player posted before the Trial expires. |

thanks for the quick post as always david... i am getting neo scene for the mbp also but just wanted to preview some files right now.
