Free V4 Upgrade serial number at DVinfo.net

Apart from the fact i'm in the middle of an Edit so won't upgrade just yet I was wondering about the serial numbers, I upgraded from Aspect HD to Prospect HD in late December so I think I qualify for the free Upgrade to Prospect HD V4, does the serial number I have work and if not how does the system work for geting a V4 Serial rather the the Version 3 ?

And right now i'm still using Prem Pro 1.5, is V4 happy with this older version ?
