Is there still a discount for upgrading from the discontinued NEOHDV to NEOHD? There no longer seems to be any info about this on the new web site.

Pat, you can upgrade from Neo HDV to Neo HD for the difference in price between them, so for $250. You can make this upgrade on the Neo HD product purchase page - look towards the bottom of the page: NEO HD v3 (Windows Download)
