Yet another capture quirk at DVinfo.net

I always capture using Cineform HDV mode from within Premiere in a Prospect project. Sometimes, in Capture Settings (no matter how I get to that window -- during the preset phase, through Project Settings or from the Capture Window) even though capture is set to Cineform HDV Capture, the button next to it, "Cineform HDV Settings" just doesn't appear. The section is completely blank. As a result, I can't get to the settings to change the default behavior to NOT resize to 1920.

Then sometimes, usually after I capture, when it's too late, the button reappears and I'm able to access these settings.

Anyone else ever had a problem like this? Weird.
