I ordered Neo Scene yesterday before actually trying it. I had to call them up do to a screwed up with my billing address. Asked Barbara about the shipping and she said it's off the bill just like Gary said.
I finally used the trail version last night.....it's gooooood stuff :D Thanks to David for answering my questions on the software.

Jack - all good points.
1) Our new website and cart will be bale to handle the fact that downloads do not have shipping 2) Grass Valley decided to end their relationship with us about a year ago. Hoepfully that situation will change int he future 3) Yes, the new site will eliminate the old pages. It will take time for them to drop out of the search engines, but they will go away 4) Thanx for the feedback. Gary
