unable to activation at DVinfo.net

last time my operating system crashed so i am unable to deactivate the cineform.Now i have installed vista instead of xp and my system code is changed , i have tried to get from cineform registration but i didn't get any activation cide for new changed sys code.

how i can get activation code fron not deactivated and changed sys code cineform

Just file a Support ticket with Cineform through their web site and they'll take care of it:

Support Center

It is early Sunday morning now in the States and Monday is a holiday, so the response might not be quite as rapid as usual.
