NeoHD|Mac-remaster doesn't recognize ProRes Files

I have a couple ProRes files I want to remove pulldown from. Remaster shows them as grayed out and unselectable in the Finder window. Both files play fine in QT 7.6 and FCP6.

What next?

Some of the input filters are case sensitive to the file extensions. Are the ProRes files ".mov" or ".MOV" ?

It turns out they had no extension. MOV did not work, but mov works.
