Which Cineform to buy? at DVinfo.net

Hi All,

I always use both Sony Vegas 8 and Premiere Pro 2 & CS4.

I like to know as which Cineform I should be buying so it will be comparable with both softwares?

Matthew, the short story is that Prospect HD supports both PPro and Vegas. PHD offers a 10-bit workflow for PPro plus many other features through CineForm's real-time engine for PPro.

When Prospect HD is installed for PPro, Vegas can also use the CineForm components, but without the RT engine that is used in PPro.

If you were NOT using PPro, then the recommended product for Vegas would be Neo HD.
