AspectHD and AE CS3
I just purchased After Effects CS3 to go with my current setup of Premiere Pro CS3 w/ Aspect HD (yes, I know, I'm a little behind the times). Is there anything I need to know before installing AE to ensure that Cineform imports/files continue to work okay and can be imported into AE? Any advice/links would be appreciated,
Thanks, Bill |

Should just work for decodes as AE and Premiere share the same importer. For the "CineForm AVI" export module to be available in AE, just re-install Aspect HD after your AE install.

Okay, I'm doing more research--Can AE import Cineform Files running on a PC without Cineform installed? Based on the website it can--the files are just .avi or .mov files--you're saying it just can't export them? Yes?

I think Adobe ships a very old CineForm decoder with CS3, you will want to at least install NEO player for some update components (free for decoding.)
