Laptop activation quesion
David/David,
In the past I have run Cineform (Aspect HD, Prospect 2K etc.) on both my desktop and laptop under one license. Am I still able to do that with Prospect 4K? I upgraded to P4K some 6 months ago but am, just now, away from the Museum and need to work on my laptop. My attempt to activate P4K on my laptop returns a "has already been activated" email. Many thanks, David Wilson |

We looked the other way with Aspect HD, the license was officially for one PC only, with our higher-end tools we require you to contact us directly (not on a forum) about particular licensing needs. We don't automatically issue two licenses, but upon request it is typical no issue.

David,
Many thanks - I somehow was mistaken and thought that one license allowed one desktop and one laptop. Sorry, my confusion. David |
